Enrolment and New Enrolments

Enrolment

It is a requirement under our enrolment policy and procedures that all children are pre-enrolled (please complete pre-enrolment via link) this enables us to plan for the future with regards to staffing and classroom requirements.

Please click the link to fill in the pre-enrolment.

New entrant children are to be officially enrolled on their fifth birthday, and we encourage parents to bring the children along to transition them at least 4 weeks prior to starting, which is every Thursday from 10.00am to 12.00pm. This makes starting kura a much easier and smoother transition for the child and parents – please ensure this has been arranged with our Pipi Kaiako. It is requirement that all New Entrants Birth Certificates and Immunization certificates are sighted at the time of enrolment. All whaanau will also be required to fill in a bus/van contract and an IT (Ipad/Laptop device) contract.  Following this an enrolment hui will be organised with the Tumuaki before confirmation of enrolment.

All enquiries are welcome. Please call into kura, look around and talk to Whaea Linda in the office or our teaching staff and make an appointment to meet with the Principal.
